  1. I love homemade croutons! When I first read this post, I had just made my favourite homemade Caesar dressing that goes wonderfully with homemade croutons. Lately I’ve been experimenting with using roasted chickpeas as croutons to accommodate the gluten-free diners in my life. I first tried the chickpea croutons at local restaurant and I’m working on perfecting my own recipe! Thanks for the post!
